Winston has been practising for more than 30 years, with broad experience built over 2 decades of working with Sir Norman Foster and Partners on projects in UK, Hong Kong and China. His major completed work includes the Stansted Airport Terminal (with 28 international awards for excellence), and the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal Building (HKIA Silver Medal, voted the Best Airport in the World for six consecutive years since 2000).

In 1999 Winston established Integrated Design Associates Ltd. (IDA). Projects completed include the Hong Kong Housing Authority Exhibition Centre (received 3 international and HK design awards and citations), alteration works for the HK Airport, and the new Jinan International Airport Terminal in China. Current projects include the first environmentally sustainable commercial development.

Pusey Chan

Director

Pusey has over 27 years of design and construction experience. Through working on landmark projects such as the Foster and Partners HSBC Headoffice at 1 Queen’s Road Central and the Hong Kong International Airport at CLK, the IFC mall and the Four Seasons Hotel with Rocco Design in Hong Kong, he has developed an excellent working knowledge in the design of building systems and components. Having worked with the best construction and fabrication industries in the region he has developed a keen sense in detailing of curtain walls, architectural steelworks and glazed components.

Pusey joined IDA in 2005 and has been responsible for the design development of the environmental envelope of the Parkview Green project in Beijing, from the design of cable suspended glazing system, the ETFE membrane roof, the internal cladding system to the 230m span cable suspension bridge within the building. He is currently the resident project director for IDA overseeing the construction to ensure the quality of the building is achieved as the design intended.

Ana is responsible for the corporate identity and presentation of IDA’s brand development. She was trained in London as a Graphic Designer and has been practicing different aspects of design internationally for over 30 years.

Dick Mak

Director

Dick has been working in the industry for 20 years on a wide range of architectural, master planning and interior design projects in both Hong Kong and PRC. Dick is a qualified architect and Authorized Person in Hong Kong, also with the PRC Class1 Registered Architect Qualification. He has undertaken design, supervision to completion stage for commercial, residential, hotel, school, industrial, community institution, and historic conservation projects, and consistently implemented greenery and environmental design in projects. Dick joined Integrated Design & Associates Ltd. since 2010, with diversified knowledge and experience in project development, design, procurement, building conservation, aims to achieve overall value-added and quality in building design through comprehensive considerations and new design elements.

Before joining IDA, Dick has practiced in Wong Tung & Partners Ltd. and Philip Liao & Partners Ltd. handling large scale comprehensive development projects, and has participated in award winning projects, including the 2nd Prize Entry for the international West Kowloon Reclamation Concept Plan Competition, and the UNESCO awarded project on the Conversion of the historic Bethanie Buildings into the Second Campus of the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts.

Ed Peter

Associate Director

Ed has over 10 years working experience, having spent 6 years practising in the United Kingdom prior to returning to Hong Kong and joining Integrated Design Associates. During the 6 years in UK, he gained experience in extensive interior remodelling of existing buildings and extensions works for institutional clients, and was responsible for projects from feasibility stages through to completion stage. Recently, he has played a key role in coordinating the multi-disciplined team for two major projects in Beijing, the interior design of the Nortel Networks project and the landscape / fit-out design of the Parkview Green project. Both projects are designed with cutting edge technology and advanced engineering systems.

Gaurav Kalia

Associate Director

Gaurav joined IDA in 2008 and has been involved in design development and construction of several airport projects with experience in all phases of design – from scheme design to detail design and construction documentation following with on-site support.

Gaurav started with IDA as on-site architect for Delhi International Airport Terminal 3, providing necessary support to Client during design development & construction phase. His role was to review the construction documents & contractor’s shop drawings, coordination with services and operations team and assisting Client in material selections.

Later in 2011, he moved to Hong Kong and worked on scheme design & detail design for Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (Maldives). He was responsible for developing design drawings for various tender packages and also coordinating with engineering consultants to develop the design for terminal building & ancillary buildings.

Later he worked on scheme design of Third Runway concourse (TRC) for Hong Kong International airport. His role was to develop terminal layouts in coordination with Stakeholder requirements along with systems coordination.

He is currently working on detail design for Mactan Cebu International airport, Philippines.

Before joining IDA, Gaurav was working with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) from 2006 as site architect for Hyderabad International Airport providing architectural & finishes support to the construction & execution team for Passenger terminal & ATC building.

Prior to joining L&T, Gaurav was practicing with architectural & interior firm in Hyderabad.

Gaurav joined IDA in 2008 and has been involved in design development and construction of several airport projects with experience in all phases of design – from scheme design to detail design and construction documentation following with on-site support.

Chokchai Sereevinyayut

Associate Director

Chokchai Sereevinyayut has been practicing for over 15 years, with board experience in Hong Kong, US and Thailand. Chokchai joined Integrated Design Associates Limited (IDA) as a senior architect in 2007. Before joining IDA, he had worked with AmphibianArc and CSA Architects in Los Angeles as a design architect and project architect for 7 years. From 1996 to 1998, Chokchai was working with Axis Architect in Thailand as a junior designer.

Chokchai’s experience in aviation project including working as a Principle Project Architect for Scheme Design of the Third Runway Concourse, Hong Kong International Airport; Project architect for Ibrahim Nasir International Airport – Malé, Maldives; Senior Architect for Hanimaadhoo International Airport, Maldives; Senior Architect for IDA and overseeing the design and planning of the refurbishment of the Indira Gandhi International Airport existing T1 and T2, and the new T3; Two fixed base of operations for executive aircraft, hangars and airline offices in Los Angeles; and other related projects including Air Force One Pavilion at the Ronal Reagan Library in LA. He has both working experience throughout the design process and on site experience in various project and building types ranging from museum, aviation facilities, hi-end commercial and residential. He also has the experiences in formulating design brief, space planning, architectural design, E&M / structural coordinating and construction detailing and specifications.
