IDA teamed up with GMCAC to bid for five regional airports in the Philippines. They are: Iloilo Airport, Bacolod Airport, Laguindingan Airport, New Bohol Airport and Davao Airport.

The team carefully studied the existing terminals and proposed revamp plans based on terminal expandability, increasing gate lounge flexibility, optimizing passenger processing management, improving retail experience and on minimizing impact on existing operation. Architecturally, IDA’s proposals are to create landmark designs, utilizing large span structure, open floor layout and utilizing daylight through skylights.
